Erik111, I haven't found a link yet. I don't think anyone has scanned it yet. When someone does finally scan it and I find it, I'll post a link for everyone here on my blog! ^0^ If I had a scanner I'd try to scan it myself. But I sold mine a few years back. ^_^;;; Also please be sure to let me know if you find it scanned out there before I do.
